Well low rank like newbies could easily promote scam activities because they do not worry with their account if it will be tag with red trust because it is easier to create another newbie account to start promoting scam activity again. Besides, we are all anonymous so this will give the scammers the courage and do the scam activity. Sad but true that these scammers nowadays were working hard to to scam other users.

That is why we have to start any task before thinking either that can be real or fake. For the mentioned project/giveaway it is easy to guess that the giveaway can be a scam. If you think 10000 times then if 9999 times you think scam only 1 time it may be thought as legit. In this case, there is no reason to work on this giveaway.
