A small recovery is definitely possible but many are expecting that we get another bull market like the one we got at the end of 2017 and that is simply not going to happen, however if your expectations are more moderate then you can invest now and get some easy profits during the next months since not many people will take the opportunity since they are afraid the market is going to crash again even if those fears are in my opinion completely unfounded.
