since third quarter of 2018 we see many scam projects.and unfortunately it continues till now on.it makes alot of investors annoyed and withdraw their money from this market.

Don't be too afraid of the current ICOs, Investors have been cautious about investing in ICO so scam projects will not be a problem in 2019. and I hope good ICO projects can be successful in 2019
