No we will not do such a thing. That kind of % fee cannot be fixed.
Whether its 4% or 3%, we reserve the right to fluctuate any rates offcourse by a regulated ammount.

And why is that? I think it'll be better to put the fee as the highest possible (so it doesn't have to be adjusted to meet the current trend but still in logical and acceptable range) but clearly stated and pegged rather than an fluctuating and unspecified ones.

And by the way, I have two questions on that post.

Offcourse the exchange point is to generate revenue. And these fluctuations i have noted are reffering to a long range model. Not seomething that would happen many times.
To answer you unanswered question. What do you mean by conventional exchange?
