Next ATH for NEM as well as BTC and most other cryptos isn't likely until Winter 2021. Bull run will start around late 2020 early 2021 building up to ATH around December 2021.

What do you think is the bottom on bitcoin and nem before they start going upward?

I can't put a figure on the bottoms, but it's looking quite flat in the short to medium term, it will be a stormy ride in this bear market until around late 2020 when the next major bull run is likely to begin; building up throughout the following year and climaxing around Winter 2021. We're very likely to see highs exceeding the ones that were apparent in the Winter 2017 bull run.
