The reason maybe be this... or not,
maybe is the other thing... or not,
let's guess something else...

Both "illegalities" are obviously mistakes, human mistakes. If we all search to our accounts back in the past I am sure that we will find such mistakes

Is this forum a militarized zone?
Does not accepts ANY mistakes?

I personally know this person, we have talked outside of this forum doing a transaction, all perfect!
He has helped the Greek section, especially in mining configurations and staff, he has pointed out some scammers who invade the Greek forum presenting to be something else and for sure his posts are not spam.

What I am trying to point out is that either way he didn't do nothing something on purpose, didn't cheat, didn't do a plagiarism for the sake of fraud
