I personally know this person, we have talked outside of this forum doing a transaction, all perfect!
He has helped the Greek section, especially in mining configurations and staff, he has pointed out some scammers who invade the Greek forum presenting to be something else and for sure his posts are not spam.

What I am trying to point out is that either way he didn't do nothing something on purpose, didn't cheat, didn't do a plagiarism for the sake of fraud

Well its too late for that since he was already ban but good deeds will be remebered by you and your friends in your local boards. The admin here were very strict and could not even bend rules. No one is above the rules. LOL.

To OP, if this newly created account will be used to post in other section then that is clearly ban evasion. Yet, since you are appealing here in this section then your still good. Ban users could use and create an account to appeal here in the forum.

Now, that ban were always taking its place, then the number of high rank users will decline showing the real and true users. This might also be the reason to get a high demand to buy bct accounts and it will be expensive for sure.
