all of our losses can be a challenge for us.
because all trades have risks that are commensurate with profits, so losses for us can make us be more thorough and always careful in moving.
we can take an important lesson from the losses that have occurred because this can make us able to benefit in the future.

For sure if once you had lose does not mean its your life time experiences infect you should stand up and turn your face toward trading with new dignity and motivation. You will have to admit that if you lost something its only Because you did some mistake and for the next try be more careful and dont repeat the same this way you can recover the lose you suffered in first attempt.
