Get your numbers right first! either way it's imposible for someone to sell 100% below ICO price, even on private sale it didn't offer that much discount, so if it isn't 1 of the team then it just people trying to scam newbie using different contract address but using a same name of the token on EtherDelta.
it happen many times since people didn't check contract address and only seen the token name.
Still not getting it ..
Anyways, it looks very sketchy to me. Users should be extremely careful when dealing with the user.
