Explain how you have all those hundreds of millions of top if you didn't premine?

There's people on /g/ with 10M+. Why is it so unrealistic for the dev to have that much?
On the flipside, I'd really like to see a blockchain up.

I started mining 10 mins after the release and mined 75M in 6 hours with 6mh/s
