No remaining funds except a few thousand bucks to host servers and hire some people (those are already used)
Clearing House is not coming back because I think it's not worth the time and effort. If anyone wants to bring it back, feel free to do so. Doubt exchanges will list it again anyways (especially with the listing funds these days)
