have a trust and escrow agreement will not be accepted. ICOs have the right to
access the collected coins and they will be suitable for road maps and with the
explanations of the audit reports. A careful filter examination will be carried out
during the examination phase. Additional information and documents will be
requested after the application. Applications of poor quality, suspicious projects will
not be accepted. Those whose applications are not accepted have the right to apply

In summary; there are only two issues at the discretion of the platform, and these are the acceptance or rejection decisions of the license application.
