I agree with you that airdrop like this is very unattractive and often there are many newbie who are stuck and lose due to pumps and dump of them.

I'm not attractive but I see that there's too much attention for this airdrop. A lot of hype airdrop brings especially when a popular exchange supports it.

I've heard the same stories before like yours and that made them get out of it. I don't want to risk my BTC too, though there's no airdrop to receive but its more rewarding when it's price goes up.
