This is what you say because you idealize the situation with Internet connection in Europe and America. Believe me-it's much worse. High-speed broadband Internet is rarely found at home.

I did not mean broadband high-speed Internet, I meant even the lack of mobile Internet 3G or 4G,or the complete lack of Internet connection

Third world countries have always existed and will continue to exist. There's no getting around it. Always were poor and rich.
