I read about that too. Its still unsure whether they will pay or not. Still not going to be surprise if they actually don't pay. You just can't trust anyone even when they are known and have been registered to the government. They did a bounty campaign 3 times so this must be hard for them to distribute as lots of money will be distributed to the participants.

So they changed their mind? They find out that paying bounty hunters will not make this project legit? And what about the stolen IDs, that was fake news?

This is a standard excuse from developers who do not want to pay. I think there were no stolen IDs. This is just a reason to blame the bounty hunters.
