On my experienced, I'm exchanging altcoin or token in some exchanges like Coinexchange and Tradeogre but after exchanging my altcoin or token to bitcoin I buy ethereum because if you request a withdrawal with this coin the exchange site withdrawal fee is less than bitcoin withdrawal fee.

This is the only way that I know can reduce the withdrawal fee when transferring or withdrawing your coins because most of the exchanges have same withdrawal fees.

Thanks for the sugestion. I also use altcoins, LTC, ETC, DOGE and others to withdraw without paying many fees, but there are specific situations where I need to withdraw in BTC.

Exemple:
I get weekly incomes from various sources and different sites, bounties, faucets, referrals, investment platforms and others, I usually convert some values to BTC and send to BitMex, and it only accept Bitcoin, in which case I need the service to be in BTC and that has a low fee because sometimes sending low values, 0.001 ~ 0.0005
