dunno what youre doing wrong. today i did an email payout to my wallet no problem. and when i 1st started mining there and did the email payout wrong (by not uploading the .response file in time) the coins went back to my grinmint pool account after an hour or so. then i just resent them.

are you sending to your own wallet or sending to an exchange.
