dunno what youre doing wrong. today i did an email payout to my wallet no problem. and when i 1st started mining there and did the email payout wrong (by not uploading the .response file in time) the coins went back to my grinmint pool account after an hour or so. then i just resent them.

are you sending to your own wallet or sending to an exchange.

Before mine, I wrote a letter in support. They told me where to get the https address, I did it, sent a screen, they confirmed that everything is correct.
After the coins came true, I waited 1 day and clicked on the withdrawal, but the coins disappeared from the balance, but the transaction did not appear.
I wrote in support and asked to send me the transaction number. They told me that the coins had been sent, although neither the coins nor the transaction number was on the pool.
Only after I had set up a post here, after 10 minutes I had a transaction in the pool or at least a number. But this does not mean anything, since the coins did not reach the exchange.
I have only one conclusion - they steal !!
