For paypal transaction middleman cant work. As it can be reverse anytime within 180 days even after 180 days if the payment made from credit card as many bank may take additional time for that.
Edit: If the take take the paypal balance on bank when reverse the paypal dollar that will be reversed from bank or card but if failed to do so paypal account of that person will be ban.

Yes, worst case scenario is their Paypal will get banned, but how will I benefit from that? There's ZERO reason for me to lose money just to get your Paypal banned.
