You should start at small amount first in order to practise your knowledge and strategy in trading. If it were so, your emotion on trading is lesser. Keep in mind that your mind set should not be too much skeptical as it drives you for the enthusiasm which my interfere your strategy.

Also you should accept the fact that even pro traders can lose because trading is risky. Btw if you want to start and do not know where from i'd strongly recommend you Monfex.
