Did full re-sync (after purge blockchain again). Now There are 99 nodes shown ENABLED and zero nodes in State NEW_START_REQUIRED.
I'm really excited how long this state will keep. Looks like my masternode repeatingly drifts off the official chain by any malfunctional node or how can this be?!
