it is very impossible to eliminate the project scam because there is still no way that can detect the project scam, most scam projects are only known after the project is finished so it has harmed many people.

I am sure there will be a way to reduce the scam project because it harms many people including investors, bounty managers and bounty participants. I'm sure what can only stop scam projects is strict regulations for ICO developers
