Liquid is different from liqui, though the name may look alike but they are not the same. The 'd' is the difference; https://app.liquid.com and https://liqui.io/
The later exchange is closing which does not list IPSX. However, the coin still need to get listed on larger exchange with real volume to increase trade for the future.

This coin is still trading on this exchange but it is going to shutdown its services. I also think there is confusing because of similar names.
