Hello. You can place an order via Online / Desktop Client or iOS mobile app. Smart Account trading isn't supported on Android apps currently. Also, as mentioned in the script of the asset, you should place an order with expiration time less than 100 minutes and take into account that a fee is 0.007 $WAVES for the process of order creation.
