38 BTC is a lot of money, it's a life changing for anyone but not for cloudbet since they've been here for awhile and I think they make more than that amount as a profit.
I'm just concern why they haven't reply with this scam accusation which was 3 days ago, I'm sure they are well aware of this since their account was painted. From now on, I'll put this site in my blacklist. Angry

For awhile I thought it's the only trusted sportsbook since it has a positive rating but now it's all gone, they will just throw away their reputation if they will not solve this.

Hey @mirakal! That's what I am saying, even some other scammers contacted me already, but not Cloudbet. I am still waiting for their reply. I am in contact with Evolution Gaming since this is their platform, I hope they will help me with my 38 BTC problem

Looks like they replied on AskGamblers (https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/cloudbet-casino-problem-withdrawing-38-btc) , but I haven't received anything yet.
