Sounds like Windows Defender deleted t-rex.exe. Please check if it's still there.

I already add an exclusion for t-rex start.bat and t-rex folder in window antivirus defender (also window defender all action have been switched off as some programming work before , still same, some rigs block to work
so bad, we would like to install it in additional 10 -12 rigs, if we can find the way to work ...................

Then easier to change to a REAL mining OS, like a distro of linux ...

Especially if you don't want any issues with infections/antivirus or any other complicated systems like that. The larger the farm grows, the more difficult it is with Windows, which is beyond me why anyone uses this OS in the first place, other than the 'pretty' GUI apps it has.
