we can monitor how project is progressing... if there is more good news, the greater potential for Icechain prices to rise

We'll have to see that when the bull run comes, there are a good project that fails to perform in the market, the bear trend has something to do on the performance of all the coins, and it's not really good we need to have a bull run to see the real value of the coins.
