As I see in ICObench, 5 experts have rated Bitwin. If more experts rate Bitwin, that rating can be more trustworthy. However, In my opinion the current rating is also right. 5 experts have rated and that is acceptable.

You cannot track the amount of raised money. The tokens are sold privately.
