This is not something unusual. In the current bear market, it's really difficult to raise big money. Only a few ICOs can reach high amounts of money. Most of the funds raise in private phases with big bonuses offered privately. This is one of the main reasons of price fall in the market after ICOs.

Things that might be a lot of thoughts for everyone about the target to be achieved from this project with the current price chaos. This will have doubts for investor investors participating in this project. It's best to do something that makes full confidence for everyone.

Let us assure you it is not the question of "if" the soft cap target will be achieved but "when". We are in advanced negotiations with VC and institutional investors and this takes time. Due-diligence, paper work, multiple legal consultations, adjusting the demands of negotiation sites and other requirements are just part of the process. All of this must be completed before we can leave the room with the term sheet and funds necessary for our MVP creation. For the aforementioned reasons we decided upon prolonging the Private Sale.

Indeed, I'd like to add that scrutinized due-dilligence process by third party and legit, successful Venture Capital firm on board will be the proof that our team is more than capable of delivering not only 95% completed Bitwin 1.0 platform but also the subject of this Token Sale which is Bitwin 2.0. Getting funded by VC/ Equity Investors is one of very few contemporary methods of showing that blockchain project fundraising has actual market value and that may become soon profitable- which is the most important parameter for other investors. But as I said earlier, it can take up to few months. We will inform you briefly, when we are authorized to announce official partnership with VCs, we are in negotiation phases now.
