Damn, I take a couple of days off and suddenly everything is on fire when I get back!
AGD815 - Ive spoken to our teams and they are confident in our findings when it comes to the player you contacted us about. The account was logged in to from multiple countries within minutes, and unless hes discovered a way to teleport then its a clear case of VPN usage.
As Ive stressed before, and despite the player trying to mislead us with claims of travel, we still allowed all deposits to be reclaimed before closing the account. I understand you are unhappy with this decision, but continuing to make threats of legal action and negative PR campaigns will not change this decision.
Youngamericandream - After investigating further our teams are confident that a VPN was used to bypass our territory restrictions. If you can provide evidence that disproves this then we should be able to get the whole issue settled very quickly.
