opened a ticket since there was no information about any delivery on 18th January, asking about any news...

got auto message 2 days later, on 20th January

What i for sure see, is that they NEVER sent it on 23th December

but a month later, this is just stupid - hope they fail hard - do not purchase there

Customs pre-clearance events wouldn't show up for a tracking number, hence the "Once that's done we'll be given tracking numbers" bit in the update...how could it when it doesn't have a tracking number until customs is done with it. Additionally, the post office warehousing the parcel whilst they wait for a vessel to become available wouldn't show up.
