Bitcoin and several other cryptocurrencies will surely last for a long time but it will not be an easy road, there are still many things that can happen that could make the adoption of bitcoin extremely hard, governments will surely begin to go through difficult times during the next years and that could make them adopt bitcoin more rapidly but it could also make them to ban bitcoin if they feel they are begin affected by it.
