How about u start banning coins who are proven to be washtrading on your exchange over and over again, prime example is now Blacer Coin which has the same devs as previous LPC, LGS and one other coins name I can't remember right now. Easy earnings if u just take rediculous listing fees from ICO's who come and washtrade their earnings and then dissapear to create the next scam. Same goes for your wallet update policy, hope you'll be held accountable for your actions.

I think they will not do that. They are earning money from that kind of trading. Many exchanges are accepting such kind. They are not alone in this situation. But with regards to azart, I believe CB had done their part already.
