I do know that you assign unique addresses for each download and connect those to each seller but that doesn't/shouldn't make them the only one that's responsible for those funds. I believe you still have some control over those funds and if you choose to, you can easily manage the refunding part.

I strongly believe that the 12-hour limit is unnecessary and unfair to buyers ^{[I see no reason for having such rule]}.

We release payments within 48 hours so we do not have control of the funds for a long period of time nor we can manage any issues with support/refunds due to privacy related to the users files. 12 hours is the limit for file downloads since the member may not want the file downloaded several times over a long time period of time. We are working on upgrading the system to allow more options regarding this.
