Sure you are absolutely right that other people can make another token with the same image. But we try to make everything without any regulation. Absolutely free market where everyone can create whatever he/she wants.

Everyone can create copy of the Kazimir Malevich's "White on White" which is presented in the MOMO in New-York city.
But nobody can sell the same painting with the same high price. Because only original and first work usually costs much.
What do you think about it?
