I dont think so. There are a lot of other factors for growing. As you can see ICOs became profitable again (some last ICOs made good xx - Bittorent, LTO etc.)
In coming month there are a lot of big things happens: ETH fork in the end of February, launch of Fidelity in March, than launch of Bakkt etc.
So we can see good growing in this year already I think
