Not really the right time to invest on the altcoins,even if there is no sign of lower in prices but still the chances are there,so you may have to wait until the market turns bullish on altcoins but if it is coin like bitcoin or ethereum it is the best time.

right now we are better off waiting, and don't invest in altcoins. because the situation is still falling continuously. so it's better indeed we are silent and waiting for the return of the situation that we once felt.
