I feel the same way like you do. I am always thinking what might be happening on the social media that I have while I was away doing my errands, or if I go to sleep. But most of the time, what I am doing is to watch animes in my phone to entertain myself that keeps me awake until 3am, the worst thing is that I am not being able to sleep anymore sometimes.
