Usually when I am stressed and feel so lonely, I feed my emotions into sad and broken hearted songs just to seize that moment to make me even cry to release all the pain rather than hiding it. Sometimes, I am also up into listening those music that can make me asleep because sleeping for me is my best theraphy to relieve my stress and worrying.
