I agree, because this problem didnt touch them like other people, therefore they dont care, but their time is everything, but the fact is that people dont change

People can and will change if they have to, but a lot of people just don't have to change for the sake of having a comfortable life. They just keep living the way they've been living it all the time, unless there is an unexpected event.

I think that this project focuses on those people who understand environmental problems and want to solve them.

That's what it is supposed to do, yes, but there will also be people who simply speculate on this and hope to make a profit by flipping their money.
