Not for everyone, dead Altcoins are unlikely to get a push for growth and will be abandoned. But many altos are used by investors and will live and delight in varying degrees.

you're right, maybe because the increase isn't too high. however, although not all altcoins have increased prices, I think most of the altcoins go up quite high. I see that many people are enthusiastic about this increase, and are eager to hold altcoins. I think this is only a matter of time until you see all the coin prices going up.
