I don't think that's going to happen. Perhaps NEO is a good project in this market, in which it makes sense to invest your money, but still Ethereum has a very large trading volume, and has a large market capitalization. Ethereum by far have more advantages than the NEO.

but Ethereum cannot be compared to other Altcoin because he is the best Altcoin, so he is strong to maintain and able to fight for it.
it has a good platform so many use the Ethereum platform.
