I don't think there is the best time to trade because you can trade in anytime you want. Besides that, the market will always move in any second so you can find the best moment to enter the market. Every trader has their own time to trade, and they will trade if they think that they have time.

Theres no perfect time to trade because every trader can trade at all times . it does not matter on what is the status of the market whether it is bear or bull , pro traders can utilize it . but traders earn huge profit when the market is in bull state because they can selll their assets in a good value

That means there is a special time where you can make a big profit, which is when the bull run occurs? it's a perfect time for trading right, why don't you say there's a perfect time to trade? but of course you can just trade at any time, because the opportunity comes anytime
