Such people may have good control over their emotions, and that is the reason that never try to exceed their limit and they can even quit gambling at any time.

You are right, and he has a chance to become addicted to gambling if he does not realize to get out from the gambling site as soon as he can. But even if their reason of playing gambling is not because the money, their chance will wide open to get addicted because we know that the more they play, the more they will curious with the winning money, and it could attract them to become addicting to gambling.

As every thing which is much to the body will discomfort body so is gambling without strictness even if the reason why the gambler play games or bet on a gambling site was for fun but I would like to correct the OP saying because what ever man overdo such thing will sooner or later eat the man's brain.

So we agree that playing gambling doesn't need to take a long time. As long as we can play with fun, we can enjoy the game, it is enough for us to play and we could quit gambling in anytime we want. But it doesn't guarantee to us to not become addicting although we know the time to quit gambling. I hope we can manage our time in gambling and don't use bigger money for bets.
