Yes, soft cap is necessary also i think. Because without soft cap or hard cap we don't about fundings but you believe that majority of the projects showing fake raise amount in the project website. Its very horrible business strategy i think. A lot of people very concern with soft cap when it's big amount when they excited to invest which is absolutely wrong parchaption.
