First of all – even if you search for HDR Global Trading Limited (which is bitmex) with the same link you shared – you also won’t be able to find their presence. According to your logic bitmex is also a scam. 


Probably they copy-pasted part of T&Cs of bitmex because it’s a very similar business and they decided to use the know how of established player (hey, many do this) and btw T&Cs and other policies are still different

Go and check technology of primexbt and you will be surprised, since easily can be worth millions of usd in development..
