What is Personal Wager?

Personal Wager is a fully operational Player to Player or Head to Head wagering system located at www.PersonalWager.com. As a wager between two players on a game of skill, it is legal in many more jurisdictions than internet gambling, including all but 12 USA states. This document will not go into the details of PersonalWager operations, as they are described
in detail in the accompanying PDF file. PersonalWager is creating its own Utility Coin called PlayerWonCoin (PWC) to assist in facilitating the wagering between players around the world.

Personal Wagers vision is to create a globally accessible eSports Player to Player (P2P) wagering system, allowing players in any country to wager on their own skill with players at home or in any other country. The PlayerWonCoin (PWC) solution solves all of the aforementioned problems and limitations by creating a very simple utility coin which acts as a stored value for players transactions.
All transactions occur in the PWC within the PersonalWager site, yet the purchase and sale of PWC can be in any currencies worldwide FIAT or Crypto.
In addition to the stored value, the supply/demand system will allow the PWC to float based on its own merits, and it is not tied directly to any FIAT or Crypto currency.
