People expect that hardfork will have a positive impact on the price, why should they drop coins if there is a chance to make good money in the near future, personally I expect growth and I think $200 is quite real

The impact is already felt, one big reason why ETH has increase its value in the past few days is because of the anticipated hard fork.
However, it should not only be the reason, we have to find more good news, as with that alone, it will not help the price to push through harder.
ETH is a great coin with a great tech it deserved a price over $200 and we will see that in time, for now, prepare for the "sell the news" effect.
