What you are telling is true, bitcoin has bottomed out and it can take some time but will go up , so it is a good time to start accumulating it slowly so that if their is price increasing your should be in profit soon.

Just as r_uuyab said the price of bitcoin market is unpredictable so it not possible for you to know that the market have already bottomed out because the current hype which drive the crypto market now are the ethereum upcoming hard forks and the bitcoin ETF news so once the hype are gone, the market can still dump in price and with the mention reason I dont think the market have bottomed out.
