You miss the point. I didn't say that one can't change anything. I said that negativity is not necessary. We can share our opinions with positive mood.

I agree with you. And what about people who are not satisfied with the results of the team? I'm not talking about rude. Some people express their views constructively and reasonably. But the team still considers them enemies.

I don't think someone takes them as an enemies. I see discussion here and participate in it and I also like when people behave positive and polite.

I am agree. Look in chats for example. The team behaves very polite even with some who is really not cool. And they are always willing to help.
